At Bradley Smoker, we stand behind the quality of our food smokers and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a trackable carrier to the address provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
